These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Health Question Architect AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service & medical disclaimer
The Service is an educational tool that helps you organize symptoms and prepare questions for your medical visits. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Free usage
New accounts receive a limited number of free usages (currently 5). Once they are used, continued access requires a Premium subscription.
5. Subscription, billing & auto-renewal
- Premium costs $8 USD per month, billed through Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal.
- Prices may change; we will give notice before any change applies to you.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. After cancellation your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You may also delete your account entirely from your account settings, which cancels any active subscription.
7. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at gabrieliba@gmail.com and we will review your request in good faith.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its rate limits.
- Do not rely on the Service for emergencies or as a medical decision-maker.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its content, and software are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal use.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete; always verify important information with a qualified professional.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
